• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
• All orders placed by 12 p.m. PST ship out the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship out the following day. Next day air would be delivered the next business day. 2nd day air would be delivered within 2 business days.
• The Studio LA by Michal Avital is not responsible for any shipping carrier delays.
• The Studio LA by Michal Avital is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages.
• Please allow 3-4 business days to receive a return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process the store credit.
